As we do not sell physical products or instant digital downloads, our fulfilment process is based on the scope and terms outlined in each client’s contract.
Service Fulfilment
Contract-Based Services – All services are delivered according to the terms set out in individual agreements between Microbrand Marketing LTD and its clients.Project Timelines – Timelines for fulfilment are specified in the contract and vary depending on the scope of work.Client Collaboration – Clients are expected to provide necessary assets, approvals, and information within the agreed timeframes to ensure smooth fulfilment.Reporting & Deliverables – Deliverables are provided in line with the contract, which may include reports, campaign performance data, and other agreed-upon materials.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
As our services are provided under contract, refunds are generally not applicable unless stated otherwise in the agreement.Clients may cancel services as per the terms outlined in their contract, which may include notice periods or applicable fees.
